    Hi Erick,
    Did you read about Thiago Motta case? check on his wiki page. Can Lee Nguyen play for Vietnam as he is under the same circumstance? He only played in friendly matches for USA?

    Yes, he can play for Vietnam if all games of USA in Copa America 2007 were counted as friendlies. I'm not very sure about this.
