Ha Noi ACB has won the First Division 2010 and become the first team to be promoted to V-League. While there is still one round to play, the other 1 (or maybe 1.5) promotion slot will go to one of these clubs: Binh Dinh, Than Quang Ninh, Quang Nam, An Giang.
