It looks like newly-promoted The Vissai Ninh Binh is showing its seriousness and ambition in developing their club. The Vissai Group has basically completed necessary formalities to begin construction of a sport complex in Ninh Binh Province. The building project is expected to get started in February 2010.
The sport complex will be composed of a 30,000-seat football stadium with roof, 4 minor fields for training and youth teams and other sport infrastructure for golf, tennis, water sports...
The total cost is estimated to be around USD 166 million.

ReplyDeleteit has been only 3 months since the plan was granted by the authority. i'm afraid it will take years to see the stadium.
